WHAT KINDS OF CLASSES DOES MOOV STUDIO OFFER? 

We offer guided, "no-judgement" classes ranging from 5 to 45 minutes. Choose from low impact to high intensity or from cardio to strength-training workouts including:

  • Treadmill

  • Kickboxing 

  • Bodyweight 

  • Dumbbell 

  • Elliptical

HOW DO I KNOW WHICH CLASSES ARE FOR ME?

Moov Studio offers classes for everyone – whether you are a beginner, getting back into shape, looking for a challenge or feel like trying something new today. Every class category offers you a variety of workout journeys, class lengths and LOW, MED and HIGH intensities.

Click on a class to check out the description, view previews of each exercise and see user ratings/reviews. To see a trainer's bio, click on their photo.

Whatever your goal and wherever you are on your journey... start where you feel comfortable and make progress as you like.

 

DO I NEED FITNESS EQUIPMENT TO USE MOOV STUDIO?   

For many Moov Studio classes (e.g. bodyweight, kickboxing, outdoor run/walk), all you need is your phone and the Moov Studio app. We recommend using wireless earbuds for the best audio experience.

For some classes (e.g. treadmill, elliptical, indoor cycling, dumbbell), you'll also need access to the related fitness equipment at your home, office, gym, hotel or anywhere else your fitness journey takes you.

We also recommend you have water, a towel and a mat for your workouts.

HOW DO I CHOOSE APPROPRIATE WEIGHTS FOR DUMBBELL CLASSES?

Weight selections will vary depending on a variety of factors:

  • Type of dumbbell exercise
  • Duration of exercise
  • Number of reps/sets
  • Individual fitness level and experience with weightlifting

We recommend having a variety of weights readily accessible so you can make adjustments during your workout. If you are brand new to dumbbells or returning to fitness after a break, consider using no weights for your first dumbbell class. Familiarize yourself with the movements, focus on good form, and develop muscle memory BEFORE introducing dumbbells. When you're ready, below are general guidelines to help you select the right weights for you.

WHAT TYPE OF BIKE SHOULD I USE INDOOR INDOOR CYCLING CLASSES?

Our Indoor Cycling classes are designed to be experienced on a standard Indoor Cycle Stationary Exercise Bike. We do NOT recommend using an Upright Bike or a Recumbent Bike, as there are important design differences that will worsen the riding experience and increase the risk of injury.

 

WILL MOOV STUDIO WORK ON MY PHONE? 

To use Moov Studio for iOS, you will need an iPhone 5 (or newer) and iOS 10 (or higher).

To use Moov Studio for Android, you will need Android 5 (or newer) mobile operating system.

 

WILL MOOV STUDIO WORK ON MY TABLET, SMART TV OR SMART WATCH? 

Moov Studio can only be used on mobile devices for now, but we're exploring all the best ways you can access our app.

 

WHERE CAN I GET THE MOOV STUDIO APP?

Currently, the Moov Studio app is only available for download in the United States via the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

 

DO I NEED TO PAY FOR MOOV STUDIO?

Moov Studio is FREE for you to download, explore and enjoy 5-star classes.

A paid Moov Studio subscription will unlock access to unlimited Premium classes – with new workouts added weekly.

We offer a free, no obligation 7-day trial with our Moov Studio subscription plans, so you can check out our Premium classes and features.

 

WHY SHOULD I SUBSCRIBE TO MOOV STUDIO PREMIUM? WHAT'S INCLUDED?

Moov Studio Premium gives you more content and features than are available in the free version of the Moov Studio app.

  • Download classes for offline access

HOW OFTEN ARE NEW CLASSES ADDED? 

We add new Premium classes weekly for paid Moov Studio subscribers. Classes will be tagged "New" when they are newly added, and remain tagged as "new" until the following week.

 

WHO ARE MY MOOV STUDIO TRAINERS? 

Your Moov Studio trainers are professional, motivating studio instructors dedicated to guiding you through your fitness journey. Check out their bios in the Moov Studio app. 

 

CAN I ENJOY MOOV STUDIO CLASSES OFFLINE? 

Moov Studio Premium subscribers gain access to this feature that lets you download classes to your phone and access them offline. This Premium feature is great to use when your WiFi or cell phone coverage is spotty or absent. 

To save a class for offline usage as a Moov Studio Premium subscriber, you will need to have WiFi connection in order to download the class:

  1. Tap on the class you want
  2. Tap on the "bookmark" icon in the upper right-hand corner of the class description page
  3. Tap on "View" when the "Class Bookmarked" message appears*
  4. Turn the Download to Device button to the "ON" position and your class will download
  5. Your downloaded class is now accessible offline
  6. To remove it, swipe left on the downloaded class and tap "Remove"  

*You can also get to your bookmarked class list page by tapping on the "bookmark" icon at the bottom of the home page.

 

WHAT ARE BOOKMARKS?

A bookmark allows you to save a class to your personal bookmark list. Save classes you want to try and favorite classes you want to take again. You can also use bookmarks to plan the classes you want to take for the week, so they're all at your fingertips when you're ready to go.

Paid Moov Studio subscribers can use the Premium bookmark feature to download Moov Studio classes for offline viewing.

 

WHERE CAN I VIEW MY WORKOUT HISTORY? 

Click on Me at the bottom of the app screen to view a list of classes you've taken in the past. 

 

SHOULD I LISTEN TO MY OWN MUSIC DURING THE CLASS?

No need! Our classes provide curated playlists of popular songs that will motivate, focus and fuel your workout! Our songs match each workout type and intensity, so be sure to grab your headphones (wireless preferred) and enjoy!

 

WHAT IS "EXPLICIT" AUDIO CONTENT? HOW CAN I AVOID IT?

If a class contains explicit audio content it will be flagged with an "Explicit" warning.

You can choose to hide all classes flagged Explicit: 

  1. Tap on the Me tab from the Moov Studio home page
  2. Tap on the "gear" icon 
  3. Tap on Explicit Content
  4. Swipe Hide Explicit Content to the "ON" position

If you hide explicit content, you will no longer be shown classes flagged "Explicit."

To unhide hidden classes, follow these instructions and swipe Hide Explicit Content to the "OFF" position.

 

HOW DO I CANCEL MY MOOV STUDIO SUBSCRIPTION?  

For iOS users

You can cancel your Moov Studio subscription from the Settings app on your iPhone. 

  1. Launch the Settings app from the iPhone home screen
  2. Tap on the iTunes & App Store
  3. Tap on your Apple ID (you might need to sign in or use Touch ID)
  4. Tap View Apple ID when the pop-up window appears 
  5. Tap Subscriptions and find Moov Studio 
  6. Tap Cancel Subscription

If you cancel, your subscription will stop at the end of the current billing cycle.

For Android users

  1. Launch the Google Play Store app
  2. Tap Menu -> My Apps -> Subscriptions and tap on the app of the subscription you’d like to cancel
  3. Tap Cancel and Yes to confirm the cancellation
  4. The status of the subscription changes from "subscribed" to "canceled"
